I hate asking such a silly question, but on a 2017 30' FC where is the latch to drop down the bracket attached to the TV from the wall in the kitchen? I have looked between the TV set and the wall from the top, left side and bottom, nothing.

When I bought the FC the Tech unlatched the TV, it folds down from the top. So I know that it detaches, but cannot find the latch mechanism to do it again.

Not a silly question. So much information is coming at you very fast during the orientation or walk through that it is very easy to forget how to do this or that.
I can’t answer your question because I don’t have your model or floor plan but I am sure someone will be posting shortly with the instructions.

I also don't have a FC so the "rig" is likely a bit different. The latches generally have a cloth strap on them. If you can find the strap, you have 90% of the problem solved.
