Anyone come up with a good solution for mounting a cellular booster antenna on the outside of the Basecamp 20 and where to run the wiring to the internal booster? I really don't want to drill holes in the roof and use Dicor or similar to seal it and then also have to fish the wires, but I'm also not seeing any alternative at this point. If you solved this problem would love to hear from you.
I do not have a BC, but on my trailer I installed a SureCall Fusion booster and mounded the antenna on the roof. I fabricated a foot for the antenna with two pieces of angle aluminum which I attached to the roof with 3M VHB double sided tape and covered it with roof sealant.
The cable from the antenna was feed through the roof vent for the fridge.
