MicroAir Tstat - Defective Screen

Hey all. Slowly starting to wake our AS up from hibernation. Noticed a white stripe on the screen of our MicroAir thermostat installed last year. Still works. Just has this line now on the left edge. See photo. Restarts and screen calibration did not resolve the issue. Has anyone had that before?

Just to follow up. Contacted Micro-Air via their web form about this issue last Sunday afternoon. Sunday evening they wrote back saying they'd ship me a replacement thermostat. It was sent Wednesday via UPS. I should get it today Friday. I'd say that's some excellent customer service! I'll be swapping the unit in my AS this weekend.

Did that surround come with the t-stat? Which MicroAir model of t-stat are you using?

I am using the 362 model but had to run separate 12V power to it.

Nope. I purchased it separately. My tstat model is ASY-350-X01.

The wall plate is sold by Micro-Air. Link below:

I think it only fits models fabricated after Feb 22.

Thanks, I will consider this.

I got mine about 3 months ago. I like the look of the bare unit however, the surround looks like it will protect the edges. I will have to check for clearance to the outside edge of the wall that I mounted it on.

I prefer the bare look as well but I got the plate to hide the holes of the dual AC Dometic tstat.

Yes, I agree that is great customer service. I had an issue with one of my EZ Start units and they replaced and install a new one with no questions asked.

It is a great company!
