How to disconnect the PO's Airstream Connect account and start my own

I recently purchased a 2019 Classic 33FB. I am trying to set up the WIFI, but cannot pair my Airstream Connect app to the trailer because the trailer is "already assigned to an account." How do I disconnect the PO's account so that I can pair mine?

I too purchased a 2019 Classic and it is still registered to the previous owner. How can I set it up with my info on Airstream Connect?
