Ford Furnished Customer Placed RearView Camera

I searched but couldn't find info specific to the Ford factory furnished "Customer Placed Rear View Camera" kit in an AS. Has anyone bought this from Ford or did it come with your Super Duty? The kit came with my truck. I am thinking through a plan for the install so any advice with this kit in an AS would be helpful.

If so, how did you route the wire for your AS? On the roof all the way? Fish the wire straight through rear skin from the interior? Out the fridge vent then on the roof exposed to the rear?

I am thinking about running the wire through the belly pan in front then through the interior all the way to the rear, up and behind the curtain valance into the interior skin then via the clearance light openings fish the wire to a penetration in the rear.
