Airstream Connected
We purchased a 2021 Atlas and it came with the antenna installed with the key to turn it on. Now I have been trying to get the thing working and the dealer thought it was installed and all I had to do was turn it on. After going through all the included manuals and paperwork, NOTHING! So I called customer service and they told me that the antenna was all hooked up but just needed to install the router and follow the instructions in the paperwork included with the router. So I called the dealer 3 weeks ago and told them this and they said they would check into it. I called this week and talked to my awesome salesman Jeremy Levi and he followed up and found that Airstream does not have a part number for them to order it. So hopefully they get it soon!
Any idea if I can install this router myself and how?
