2012 Flying Cloud 25FB Satellite

I've read through nearly every thread here to install Dish Satellite in my 2012 FC 25FB and somehow my configuration doesn't seem to match up to the descriptions.

If I remove the cover plate for the Blu Ray player, the switch is there. But, there is no pigtail coming from the outside satellite connector.

Under the dinette there is a coax jumper from Satellite to Cable. But since the Dish receiver has only coax in and HDMI out. If I put the receiver on the dinette, how do I get the HDMI to at least one TV? Seems rather awkward to run a long HDMI cable from the receiver under the cushions to the TV on the wall which would also eliminate the possibility of watching in the bedroom.

The 2012 factory instructions I downloaded don't match my set up (pigtail is missing) and I suspect that what I have was built in late '11 and marketed as a '12.

Ideas?

Let's see if I can help a bit here. I had a 2010 Safari 25 FB so I am somewhat familiar with the earlier layouts. I had a auto seeking dish mounted on top of the rig. The dish had a single coax cable that ran to a splitter that provided a signal to the male coaxial fitting on the wall next to the fridge and to the male coaxial fitting on the aluminum wall next to the window near the vanity mirror in the bedroom. When I had the dish mounted that's where the tech terminated the satellite cables. You must check signal strength of the satellite at this point. I believe I bought a meter at camping world to measure this. Once you know you have a signal at these points then hook up the coaxial cable between these points and your receiver. The HDMI cable goes between the receiver and the TV. That should do it.
