1975 Land Yacht How to remove cover from light/vent

Just bought an old 1975 Land Yacht. Can't figure out how to remove the light/vent combo covers. Most of the bulbs are burnt out but I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the cover. Has a turn crank on it with a screw and that is it. Anyhelp?

I just took mine out. Should be a screw in the crank and the round switch just pulls down and off. Then a small nut holds the switch to the fixture. Undo the nut and then the plastic cover pops off.
