12 volt wiring 1991 Limited

I have lost complete 12 volt power. I see there are 50 amp thermal breakers and a 12 volt battery kill switch. How do I find those items?

the cutoff switch should be behind the front couch under the window.
there might be a wall switch on the curbside wall to the side of the couch that powers the converter on/off. it looks like a household light switch.

i think the 50 breakers are between the converter and fuse panel or in the fuse panel.
