Greetings.
I rolled into Las Vegas last December in a 24' Class C.
Traded it in for a new 2022 Classic 30RBT, which was delivered to me at the Las Vegas RV Resort by local dealer.
My wife and I have been living in it full time for the past 12 months while she works at a local hospital.
We've had no problems. Lots of nice people here. Staff is excellent.
Winter is mild. Summer was brutal. However, with proper preparation, you can live comfortably in the Airstream during the hotest months. Proper preparation means turning your Airstream into a cave for six months. Every window, skylight blacked out with reflectix. I also applied card board backing for insulation.
Kept my air conditioners set at about 83 degress pretty much around the clock and had no problems keeping comfortably cool.
Those that don't properly prepare will find it very difficult to keep the coach cool enough to be comfortable.
We're newbies and we survived quite well. So, it is doable.
But, not everyone wants to deal with the extreme heat of Las Vegas in the summer.
We had no choice.
We're still here!
Good luck
