Scroll down, its the last one towards the bottom. I was planning on doing a full interior rehab, stripping out most everything and re-arranging the floor plan anyways. I then plan to full time in it for a few years.
I've requested additional interior photos and a description of the frame & rust damage, etc. Any questions not on the inspection checklist you'd recommend asking?
I plan on using the local inspectors, if possible. Do you think its worth a flight out there to check it out personally? I'm not much of an expert, but it may be reassuring.
