My wife and I spend summers in Pennsylvania. We need more room but we are not ready to give up and buy a larger trailer. We noticed some temporary rooms on tents this summer but nothing we thought would work for us. Any thoughts for an ad on room that will allow us to pull the lold airstram out for a trip and stand alone while we were gone. We are hoping to ad room and strorage.
Would a pop-up shelter work? We bought a 10 x 10 First-Up shelter from Walmart. You can buy a screen kit for it separately, and I think I once saw a wall kit for it. Put down a tarp, rug, etc. for the floor.
Oh, yeah: if sunlight/heat is a problem, drape Aluminet over the top and even the sides. It's a lightweight metallized mesh used for greenhouses, and is popular at Burning Man. When we tent camp now, our tent and shelter are both covered in silver.
