Chrome wheel covers

I recently had some work done on my 98 Airstream Cutter.
Some of the work required pulling one of the rear wheels. Needless to say they pulled the simulated wheels and lost one of the lug extenders that holds the simulated wheel in place.

Anyone out there know where I could purchase another lug extender. I have seen it called a stud extender as well.

Thanks
Perry
