Airstream skydeck front headlights upgrade?

Hi all- So does anyone recommend an upgrade to the front lights they have on their rig? Driving at night they were pretty dull.... I have only found ...

https://www.buyrvlights.com/product/...-left-right-3/

and for 50$ Are they good? They look good but there has to be other people who have put in something good. Any help or anyone who has updated their lights with some input would be appreciated as well. Also don't want to start splicing wires so plug in play is what i would like to do... THANKS!

LED replacement

I would recommend checking out crashnburn80 posts on headlight upgrades on Tacoma world. There is a lot of great info regarding why led replacement bulbs should not be used with halogen housings. He also has objective assessments of various bulbs at standard and above standard wattage. All his recommendations apply obviously to Tacomaís, but Iím sure much of the info could be applied to your application. I would start with the sticky post in 2nd gen. Tacomas ďthe ultimate headlight upgradeĒ

Not much about the bulbs themselves.
Are they a quality,(Cree)? Lumen output?

I replaced all exterior bulbs on our Suburban with LED's from Superbright all are top quality with great C/S.

The Burb uses separate hi & low bulbs.
POI have had no problem in the OEM halogen units. The newer lens focused housings can be a problem with generic replacement bulbs.

If you are just looking for new lamps I believe I read that they are from a Ford Explorer of the same vintage, probably easy to get cheap lights for those on eBay or whatever

On mine it's not the bulbs that are the problem it's the glass on the front has faded and needs to be replaced

Mine isnít faded so just thinking I need a better bulb. And there is a company that has halo lights and kinda cool looking but not sure if they are any better for lighting up a road vs just a bulb replacement.

I purchased my replacement from Amazon. Installing them is difficult. There is no way to adjust the light beam.
