Can anyone give me some ideas...my dash heat is not working. When I turn it on with the dash control, I know the valves are open because the pipes are warm in the on position, and the fans work, but no hot air is coming out of the dash. I can see what I think is the AC evaporator under the passenger footwell, but I can't see the heater core.
Thanks for ideas.
Correct. I was under the impression that some of the Land Yacht models are built on the Spartan Ec 2000 chassis? There were only 23 of the Classic diesels built, and those folks don't often read this forum although we have much more in common with a LY than the old style Classics if I'm not mistaken?

This is a long shot but check it anyway.
Reach up behind the dash heater control there may be a cluster of small vacuum hoses on a plug. Check to see if that plug has fallen off the back of the control. If this model uses vacuum to open dampers this could be the reason why you have no air flow.
Hope this helps.
I'll check that out thanks! I do see one vacuum activated valve open to let hot water through one of the pipes, and another one open a flap inside the vaccine box. Guess I need to take a close look at it.
