repairing the outside
Some shots of outside repair. Warmed up walls per conversation w/West Systems, Mixed Epoxy, poured into the laminations from the bottom of the window openings & applied pressure. Opened up the back section & surprise! Wet-hasn't been in rain all year! Drying out for tomorrow.

Yeah! Looks great. 1st time since I bought it 2yrs ago the passenger side is flat! Used about 2/3s of the epoxy(gal size) 1 sheet of 4x8 1/2" OSB, some 2x2 & old sheets to make clamp panels & acetone to clean up. Also bought refillable caulk tubes & poly hose to pump it in. Maybe spent 225.00?Very happy. Now to choose the inside panels & floor....

I like the looks of the ceiling, what kind of wood did you use on it? I found working on the inside to be more enjoyable, even with all the dismantling, than the outside.

It is a LVT product called Kardean Design. 9"wx48"L "planks". Glue down, not bad to work with. I bought it off a commercial guy. Took less than 3.5 boxes & I have 4.5 boxes left over. If your interested I could pass a heck of a deal....
