Does your air compessor run? On my 93 LY under the dash on the drivers side there is a fuse box & there is a fuse for the horn. Sometimes if the compressor is not running that fuse is blown. Under the hood to the left of the air tank for the horn there is a solenoid ? relay?, check to see if the wires are all hooked.
