LY Hydraulic Leveling System

Need help with my 1994 LY Hyd. Leveling System....on my last trip, went to levele the coach, and nothing....the only thing that was happening is the lights would all blink and would go out immediately...the unit would not turn on. All I could hear was a clicking noise. Sounded like coming from the solinoid, but not sure. Has anyone experience this and is there a simple way to check the system before replacing parts....

aBad ground, ?

a Loose fitting on the solenoid ? are your coach batteries charged well.

1. check all electrical fittings at the solenoid. what is the voltage at the solenoid.

2. if you have a good 12 volts at the solenoid. the solenoid itself may be Bad.

3. You could jump across the solenoid and see if the Pump activates.

while there on the project. check the Hydraulic fluid level, and clarity. quality.

Mine have interconnect to brakes. if eb not set, they don't operate. Must be in park to operate, so besides the selenoid you would have to check switch.

What type of leveling system? If it is the HWH 210 SERIES it is the same one we have on our 30' 1995 Cutter LE. I am attaching an Operators Manual pdf and Repair Manual pdf. Check the trouble Shooting sections.
