HWH Leveling jack problem

We have a HWH 210 leveling jack system on our coach.

The left rear jack will go down and raise the coach, but it will slowly creep back up (it probably takes over night or the next day for it to retract fully).

The jack shows no indication of leaking so I am thinking I may need the PLUNGER AND GUIDE (FOR
RETURN).

Does anyone have any experience with this? Are there any instructions for this repair available?

They are also happy to sell you a new leveler for a lot of money ($700-800) or rebuilt yours

I did the rebuild at the HWH plant in Moscow ID in 2013. I think this is a new problem...

I had that problem while staying in West Virginia one winter. Cold will definately affect the fluid. Have you checked the fluid level in the system tank? If its gets low it does not retract very well. I also had seals on both front levelors rebuilt while in Montana. Take them to a tractor shop for quicker cheaper repair when needed.
