Hood / Monitor decal

My range hood / systems monitor panel decal is flaking off, and soon all the markings will be gone or illegible.

I have contacted Elixir Mfg. who supplied the monitor panel, and they no longer make this particular unit.

My motor home is in a 1992 Airstream Land Yacht 30ft. Any suggestions for a solution is appreciated.

Does the panel describe anything more than the range hood function? Does it actually monitor other systems?

Front edge of the range hood is the monitor panel with read-outs for all the systems, including water, auto fill, black and grey holding tanks, LP Gas, battery condition status, generator on/off switch, etc. The decal is just flaking off and taking all markings for each function.
Is this unusual or have others had a similar problem, and if so, how did you resolve it?
