headlights

on my 2002 26' land yacht on a workhorse chassis the plastic headlights are frosted over. I know they could be buffed out again but I would rather replace with new. Any ideas on what model? example 02 van, chevy suv?

Came across the info for the front headlights. Might be too late but here is the info.
"headlights and amber turn signal lights are from 1999 Honda Passport & Isuzu Rodeo".

I polished my lens with this 3M kit. They came out like new and took about an hour total. The kit cost about $22.00 at AutoZone. Airstream Supply has the new lens for $298.95 each.
