Hazard Lights Flasher
I'm stymied. I have a 2000 Land Yacht 350 on a Ford Triton chassis and the hazard lights don't work. Both turn signals work fine but no hazard lights. I've looked everyplace I can think of for the flasher unit, any ideas?
Not sure but it may be in the fuse/power box under the hood, IIRC that is where it is on my heavy Ford trucks. I do know that it is a separate flasher from the turn signal on some of them. Another thing to check might be the fuse too.

Why are we in this basket...and where are we going
When my hazard flashers stopped working it was the Multi-Function Switch Harness Connector on the steering column. This connector has a history of overheating and melting.
I bought the connector and replaced it myself. The dealership wanted a fortune for the parts and labor.
Hi from AZ. . . what I usually do on such things automotive is go buy a new one & then, once in hand, search for it on vehicle. Has worked well for flashers, relay type stuff in past, just don't know if that's a part you can buy in a 'parts store', regards, Craig
