Brake Light Problrm
My husband and I just bought a 2001 Landyacht and the brake lights are not working. The tail lights, turn signal , backup lights and marker lights work fine but no brake lights. Can someone please help us locate the fuse panel and fuse location? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd probably check the brake light switch, too. It should be on a bracket where the arm for the brake pedal is mounted, with two wires going to it.

If you have a test light, one of the wires to the switch should have power, and the other should not have power unless the brake pedal is depressed.

If you have a modern tow vehicle and the brake lights work on the truck. I doubt that the problem is the switch on the brake pedal.
Does the light come on, on the brake controller when you step on the pedal.
Do you have separate brake lights and turn signals on the trailer?
If not, they (brake lights) will be the same filament as the turn signals.
If the TV is relatively new. You may have to program the computer for separate brake lights.

Ahem...
Land Yacht Motor Homes do have brake light switches.

I think the reason people on these forums get the LY MH confused with the LY Trailer is because, even if you post this in the MH section, it still shows up in the portal as a generic message.
I'd check the brake light switch first. Fuses only blow if something is wrong. Switches fail just for the fun of it.
