Previous owner Decided that the coach didn't need a door on the bathroom and ditched it. Airstream has Zero parts. I've been looking for measurements of the original door. Anyone out there able to help?
I'm also looking for a striker plate, Knob/latch assembly and hinges if anyone has any thoughts of where to get them.
I thought this would be easy to accomplish, but it isn't.
Hello Bob,If you haven't had a response to your door dimension inquiry,I will have my 2003 30J back home here on Wednesday and will measure is at that time if you still need it. You can go to a site called visonerv.com. Thae have a 30 SL that they are parting out.Hope ths helps,John
Wow, thank you John! I had checked that site previously and didn't see anything. From what I can see, it should be the right door. I'll give them a call in the morning.
The opening in the wall on my coach would indicate a door about 23.75" and height might be around 76". I was hoping to confirm those estimates.
Thank you again for the reply. I anxiously await your further information.
Hi Bob,
Go to "rvparts.visonerv.com" select exterior body panels.Which will allow you to look at several manufacturers to the right of selection. You will see an Airstream .Select Airstream and you will see several models including a 2000 model Land Yacht and 2003 Land Yacht.Select that picture and it will lead you to several pictures of each unit. They both have several interior pictures and the 2003 has a bathroom door in the pictures. I'll give you my dimensions tomorrow. I hope this may help you more,John
