I have thoughts these days as I near retirement maybe toward the end of this year to get a motor home. I would keep my 1976 31' Sovereign , I have to much time in effort to part with it. But longer trips would seem to be much easier on my wife an me as well in the comfort of such a nice motor home. I am not necessarily ready to run out and buy one today but may start looking at the options that are available.

In looking at this one, what should I be concerned about.
