2000 Landyacht 33 Fan motor noise on dockside firewall

2000 Landyacht 33 with 454- on 12v or 110 power I have a noise that sounds like a fan running on the dockside firewall under the cover where the cab air conditioning lines run. From the interior it sounds like it's coming from behind the glove box. All A/C switches are off, sound there with motor not running. Any idea what this is?

Well.. first off mine is a diesel so the motor is in the rear but I do have a fan that runs under the glove box and can be heard at times when parked. Its the cooling fan for the power converter. I replaced it 2 years ago, original unit burnt up with a low voltage problem and did not have a cooling fan. New unit was smaller and purchased from Camping World.

Thanks. My converters are located in the rear compartment. But I do think it is some type of cooling fan, just uncertain what. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I think it might be your inverter. Should be behind the kick panel right in front of the passenger seat

Garypk- Thanks, I had confused the power switch with the inverter. I'll check that out as soon as I finish trouble shooting the fuel pump on my generator. Thank you.
