1994 Airstream Land Yacht 31 footer - winterize

We have just purchased this 94 LY and it is sort of a project RV. So, to begin with we want to winterize and need some assistance.

Where are the low point drain valves on this coach?

On the hot water heater tank usually you pop the pressure release valve, and remove the plug to drain BUT added onto the end of the drain on this unit is a black cap with two electric wires cut off and I can't remove the drain plug. Anyone know anything about this? How do I drain the hot water tank?

Any other drain plugs/valves you can tell me about for winterizing that will help me.

Thank you all in advance.

UPDATE:
I managed to find the three valves that are winterizing. SO the only question I have is the one regarding the hot water heater issue. Thank you

Probably an aftermarket 110v heating element. Just unscrew it.

There's usually a nylon drain plug on the water heater, but it sounds like you don't have that.

On the inside you'll find three water heater bypass valves. I usually drain the water heater, leave the plug loosely screwed in and bypass the water heater before I circulate the pink anti freeze though out the entire system. The valves on my 1992 LY are located in the closet floor in front of the water heater. I have to lift up the carpeted closet floor to gain access to those valves.
