Looks identical to the 92 36' LY that I picked up for $2000 late last year. It has the same damage in the front area and maybe a little more damage then mine in the bedroom area. About 40k miles more then mine as well. Mine needed some brake work, but that wasn't a major deal. It was the water damage that took most of the time.
If it were local, I would offer no more then $2500. Expect to put at least another $4k into it to get it road worthy. That assumes that the engine and trany are in working order and you do ALL the work. Expect MANY hours of work on the water-damaged walls. I've also found that, just because someone lists items, it doesn't necessarily mean that they work.
Still, could be a nice project for someone willing to do the work them selves.
