Windshield shade-homemade

I used to have a nice foldable insulated shade but have been unable to find a replacement to use on my 325. I had fabricated two separate halves out of cardboard and foil insulation paper. These have been failing with use and sun.
Off to our local Lowe’s to find a replacement.
I found these 4x8 sheets of foil wrapped styrofoam. I cut them to size using my old templates and bent them in place.
The insulating value was felt immediately on a hot day.
I don’t doubt that I am not the first to think of this but thought I would share as it works so well. I have attached pics as I don’t know how to paste them in a post. Best wishes and health to all, Chris

It is 1/2” thick which makes forming it to the windscreen easier, good r-value as well
