Weatherstripping for my 1983 Airstream 310 motorhome needed
Hi everyone,
I have a 1983 Airstream 301 Turbo Diesel Motorhome. I am looking for a place to order replacement weather stripping, (black in color), for the outside driver's side and Passenger Side sliding windows. I have tried Vintage Trailer, and they cannot help me.
Does anyone have a reliable source?
photo attachments are included....
Thanks,
Russell in Olympia (#3426)

Airstream supply will help you out. Make sure to check other pages for weather stripping as they don't just have it on this page alone.

Shame, I thought ODMV provided mine, although that was years ago. Have you tried InlandRV? There is quite a threw threads on this topic, so scour those. Some people (from memory) have found products that fit which are not from Airstream dealers.

Also, I'm not 100% convinced the stock rubber was ever black. I am sure mine was grey.

Hi Russell;
We were recently in Corona, CA with our 1982 Turbo Diesel 280 and were able to secure some new weatherstripping for our vehicle from Andy Rogozinski of Inland RV Center. Phone (951) 734-8130. The RV Center address is 391 Elizabeth Lane, Corona, CA 92880.

Weatherstripping
I have a 1988 Airstream 325, the window weatherstripping on my MH is gray, not black. The AS part number for the gray stuff is 685044. You might be able to get some from the dealer I got mine from. "Camper Repair Center" in Montevallo AL, at 205-665-2531. Ask for Sonny Hare, he's quite a character! He was selling the stuff for $3.01 per foot in 2012. Tell him Glen Smith from New Mexico sent you!

Thanks to all that contributed here. I found the most help from Andy at Inland RV.

Can you post item/ part number and also how many feet you ordered?
I'm in the process of resurrection of my 280 turbo diesel and a thought that has been floating around is to compile a list for quick reference.

There is already a complete list of part numbers and lengths on the motorhome sticky thread, Brad recently updated it.
