Today gate valve, later check valve.

Well , I'm getting better at working things out it seems. Rebuilt the gate valve for the black/grey tank today. It was even easier than I thought it would be.
Now the next thing on my list is the check valve on the water system from the city side. Any advice?
For all those keeping track of the ongoing project I spent part of the morning working with duct board preparing the centerline for the a/c distribution trunk. The top side is all done, now I just have to cut the vents out and redo the plenum for proper distribution.
Progress, in small steps, but progress just the same.
