Gorgeous Seats

Now I understand why, it took me 1 1/2 to remove it and 5 !! to put it all back together. The armrest and the head rest and all the cable driven mechanics make it extremely difficult.

Those seats look amazing! I wonder if you would share your upholsterer? I'd love to get my seats redone similarly. I'm also in Austin and would love to meet you at some point. It's been a huge learning experience reading through these posts! Oh, i'm buying a 92 350 from Arizona that i'm hoping to drive home very soon! Todd

Hi Todd, Yes, I would be happy to share my upholsterer and my source of material (automotive vinyl) as well. He is a great guy, but claims every time I asked him to do another piece for me that he doesn't do Automotive. But I think we can talk him into it.

Now back to your 92 350 from Arizona. Tell us more about it and even better start your own thread, we are suckers for pictures.
Sometime down the road, I will be planning an South central Classic Airstream Motor rally, hope you will be able to join us when that time comes around.

Whilst I was cutting holes in the floor to reach the top of the Airbags, I discovered a big unused space under the Pantry. I decided to make it accessible with a flip down door for spare parts. Its the little things that count, right?

Now that will be an event worth travelling for!

Now all I need is a small lakeside plot, just big enough for a pole-barn (to park Peanut) and striking distance to the (international) airport so we can winter somewhere warm.

All of the coaches I've worked on in those areas look the same. Definite p*ss/poor way of making something.

Should you ever be so foolish and replace some of the pin striping/decal, here is a little trick to deal with those pesky rivet heads. Shave em..

The only thing safe about that safe is the lid part, the box itself is just thin metal. Cut a hole in the bottom or cut the bottom out to access the back of the lock.
Then share the proceeds

Ahhh.....great idea, never thought if that. Do you think a locksmith would be able to re-key it ?

Once I see how it works, maybe I can use the one from the 325LE until I can get the one from the 370LE re-keyed. Regards, Bob

With my luck I’ll use a 4” hole saw and cut into some old ammo and kill myself.....or end up cutting through $10,000.00 that the previous owner left in there. Regards, Bob
