No reply from seller

I'm new on this forum and attempting to locate and purchase a 28 ft diesel MH
Although I've responded to a posted ad for one in Portland Me I get no reply.
I'm starting to wonder if some of the ad's are outdated and haven't been removed, or the seller isn't receiving my messages.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm a serious buyer. Does anyone knows of any 28 or 31ft diesel MH's out there?

Try the classifieds on this forum for serious sellers. As well, maybe use to look at Craigslist postings all over the States and Canada.
As well, there is a thread on this Classic Motörhome section where others have posted listings of Airstream Classic Motörhomes for sale.
Good Luck, Derek

A lot of times ads are posted to get your email (of course depending on how you contacted them in the first place, say Craigslist) Basically they post an ad they might think is useful to receive a response and when you do inquire they now have your email address and next thing you know you've been Spam bombed. Suggest to use an email account you don't care about. Obviously if you called this might not apply but be wary of the phone numbers as well and do a google search on the number before you call...ever gotten a call from an unknown area code only to find out later that your account was billed long distance for accepting the call? It happens. Just be aware

OP: Looks like several people have been trying to get in touch with the seller with no luck.
I agree that Craigslist can be a good source. I found my trailer thru it. But be very careful as a lot scum sucking swindlers use it looking for gullible buyers. Good Luck in your quest.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
