Need front sliding window lock for 1987 345

Has anyone ever heard of a classic that is being parted out? I am in need of the lock mechanism for the passenger side front sliding window on Gus the Bus. She's a 1987 345. I'm sure there are alot more things I need, but none come to mind right now. I intend to call Inland RV tomorrow to see if they might have one as well. Happy motoring....

your location is interesting... we have a 1992 350 36' and live in Ennis.
I did not know there was a similar coach near us. Were you at the vintage rally in Gonzales this last weekend. We missed you if you were.

Did you find your locking mechanism?

Wow. I have somehow missed the latest replies to this thread. Yes I did find my locking mechanisms. I bought the last two that Andy at Inland RV had. I think they were 150 apiece. Glad to get them. I looked up that other website "airstream motorhome parts" and it looks like a really good resource as well. 1969 Fowler, you live in Ennis? I think my wife saw you in the parking lot over thereby Hibbits sports a few weeks ago. We live in Waxahachie. I would love to drive over sometime and compare coaches. It's nice to know theres another one so close to us!!

Ellis County, Texas RVs

Yes, we welcome the idea for a meeting.
We have not had our coach in Waxahachie lately but we have driven thru Italy toward I35 often this year. We just returned from the an enjoyable Vintage Air Stream Rally in Gonzales which was impressive with 94 trailers and motor homes parked in one campground.
As everyone is, we are busy so email us on 1969fowler@gmail.com. and we will set up a meeting.

This is getting interesting..... I'm in Hillsboro just down the interstate a few miles at NTAC. It would be great to have someone to kick tires with.

Ennis, TX Airstream Motorhome meeting

We met because we both live in the Ellis County, Texas area and are interested in swapping ideas.

Two Airstream motorhomes plan to meet at the Ennis, TX Walmart parking lot Sunday afternoon as of now, weather permitting. If we have others interested, we welcome their visit too.

If, for some reason, the group gets too large, I do have another idea within a mile of the Walmart store.
Stay in touch,
Chief Van
