Motor home roll-out table wheels

OK, this is a tough one. Any idea where I can get new roll-out table wheels for my 1979 Excella 24 motor home? I have been fixing/repairing other stuff and need new wheels with the little tires that have deteriorated and come off.

There are four sets of these with two wheels in each set. There were some ball bearings in the tracks, so internal and external failure has occurred.

Any idea how these damn things come off? Looks like an allen screw in one end, but none of mine seem to make a good fit. ?????

Thanks!

Pictures would sure help us identify what you're trying to describe. Neither of our Airstream motorhomes have anything similar.

Thanks!

I gave up trying to make or find wheels for the tracks. I bought a chunk of Delrin plastic (acetal) and, with my table saw and router, I machined some solid runners instead. They are nice and tight so I hope they don't rattle going down the road. Don't slide quite as effortlessly as the wheels, but are slick and work well so far. The original wheel system was an Airstream custom made, press-fit item with little rubber tires around the aluminum wheels and carriers. Not easily duplicated with off-the-shelf stuff.

You have some interesting items you are working on! Are either coach diesels?

Maiden voyage this week! Good test of our new tires, exhaust, interior, and my mechanical abilities!

Thanks again!

Both are 454 engines. Wouldn't mind having diesel but can't justify the additional cost to convert.
