Mirror Upgrade

Looking to put some new mirrors on my 310. Any good suggestions? Brand, website, or catalog would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

There are several shops in our area called 'Tap Plastics' that specialize in all kinds of plastics...They have acrylic sheets that area 'mirrored' on the back just like glass mirrors, but MUCH lighter! They will cut to any size you want...

Here's their web site: Clear Acrylic Sheets - Mirrored: TAP Plastics

Look in your local yellow pages to see if you have any Plastics type specialists in your area that might handle a similar product...

I replaced two of our mirrors in the AS with this product, and couldn't be happier! I was able to 'glue' one mirror to the back of a wardrobe door, then added some edge clips for added security - worked great, and didn't add any appreciable 'load' or weight to the hinges...

If you are talking about the side mirrors, check out Overlander & Sea's thread, "Can you Tow Argosy TT with Argosy Motorhome?" posts 47-49. Heck, it's a great thread from beginning to end.

Should have clarified....looking for exterior side mirrors. I dug up an old thread where a guy put power mirrors on. I probably don't need anything that fancy. The ones in this thread don't look bad.

I installed these Ramco mirrors on our 310 last winter & found this great price. I didn't intend to wire the turn signal lights on the mirrors but went ahead & hooked them up & it turned out great. A BIG improvement over the old mirrors.

Now those are what I am looking for! Looks like I will be ordering a set up. I think I will skip out on wiring the signal lights....but who knows.

Here's an old thread of when I put my Ramco's on. I got just the remote w/o heat or signals, and I like them very much still! Ramco model 9000.

Ordered some of these mirrors up. Arrived in only 2 days. They look great and are twice the size of the stock mirrors! Planning a 3200 mile round trip vacation in a couple months with a lot of freeway driving and these mirrors will come in handy!

I'm struggling on what to do with mine. I believe they are old Ramco mirrors. They are remote controlled and heated. I hate to loose both of those features. But I can't see with these darn things. The mount on the mirror is on the side and not on the bottom like the new ones. I can't turn them in far enough for me. Somehow I need to extend the mount to get the mirror farther away from the side of the MH and a little forward would help too!
