MH: Snow Chain Size?

Not understanding tire size markings very well, I have a question for those who do. Will a set of snow chains for 225/70R19.5 fit on M724 8R19.5 tires?
Thanks.

I would not even consider chaining up; keep the propane full, lotsa food/etc. and just pull over and wait it out.

looks like the proper diameter and circumference.

with the take up tensioners one should be able to pull any slack on the sides...

they DO need to be snug, so u might wanna call one of the online line vendors and get the right info.

i chained up regularly (2-3 times a month) when using the moho for skiing in the pnwest.

using cable chains with the stock tires worked fine and traction was very good.

always worried about a chain coming loose and scabbing up the wheel well but this never happened.

gear down on the decents and take it slow.

carry a 40 lb bucket of sand too, this can be very useful for a variety of issues.

cheers
