You'll need more than one can. For cleaning purposes the ratio is about 2 oz per gallon. I'm guessing your 310 has a 60 gallon so you'll need about 6 to 8 cans the first go round.

It's been a long time since I lived out west but back in the 90s the gasoline mixes were getting more and more exotic. In the Denver area it was really bad during the winter months. All kinds of stuff was added to the fuel and if you didn't burn that mix fairly quickly it really messed things up.

Hi,

Peter suggested to get a Victron Battery Isolator and it's on my table now. Two out of the four connectors on it are clear to me: To Engine Battery and To Coach Battery. Where I struggle: the existing old isolator has two more connectors with three cables.
On one Connector one cable goes to Alternator escitation on the second connector on cable goes to Alternator main charge (this is clear, where the power comes from) and to Alternator sensor.
On the Victron there is now beside the Alternator input an energize input. Do I use this and connect the Alternator escitation there?
I could have asked Peter via PM but think this could be of general interest.

Mario, I connected the white cable (in my case) from the alternator to Victron energize input.

Interesting.. my 88 345 shows one of these in the Manual but it was removed and replaced with a manual switch.

Chat away, well over 1500 posts here, if I was trying to be concise and focused I've clearly already failed

Sunday night and Monday night were spent at Cabela's world hq campground in Nebraska, $40, squeaky clean facilities, well maintained, long pull through full hookup sites, nice and grassy. 10/10 would stay again.

Nothing much new that's notable other than I had to rewire the airbags to a toggle switch in the battery compartment, the dash switch died Sunday afternoon, unsure of why.

Today I took most of the day off work and drove 550 miles, stopping at sundown at a Walmart somewhere off highway 36 in Missouri, less than 500 miles to go

I'll say not a word of tomorrow's plans lest I jinx it.

My guess is you're either in Cameron or Chillicothe

I really like route 36 through Missouri. Great road reasonable traffic.

Plus in my case it avoids Chicago. I'll happily go an hour out of my way to avoid driving the motorhome through Chicago.

Once I get to Lafayette, 24 and 25 straight home are great roads and basically no traffic

One time I needed to stay in downtown Chicago for a night to see a doctor early the next morning. Wellllllll, I researched the situation and found that you can actually take the motorhome to the Truck Marshaling Lot for the McCormick Center. It’s adjacent to the Center, fenced in, and HUGE. But, you have to get there right? Well I did it. It really wasn’t too bad at all as far as the driving goes. Ballsy…..yes, but it was only like $25-30 bucks for the night and you’re next to downtown Chicago. The lot is patrolled 24/7 and we had absolutely no issues at all. Of course you’re boondocking. There were several other motorhomes there and we were able to take Uber to my appointment the next morning.
Pretty wild.

5 days of driving later, we have arrived in Indiana (and more importantly, the AAA tow coverage radius!)
Staying at turkey run state park for 2 nights before making the final leg home.

Spent so much time driving I started to wonder if America is actually finite or if the Midwest literally just stretches to infinity

After this huge achievement, the least I can do for you is turn your image around. I know its too early to celebrate, however you did an amazing feat to this point. Enjoy your couple of days of rest. Yea, doing a 2000 mile haul *comfortably* one should budget at least 7 travel days. I can see how this would be a lot more enjoyable if I was retired

. As requested. With it I choose which batteries to charge. Apparently. I know that if it is off you will run the auto battery dry and then have to pay for a tow to the shop. /sigh.

Interesting switch. I wonder if it is a battery islolator as well. The way to find out is the put the switch on all and with the engine off, measure voltage of the 2 different battery banks. In your case you could measure it at the lower breaker (coach battery i would assume) and any of the upper three (engine battery I assume)

If the voltage is ~identical, the switch is not an isolator, which would not be desired.
Edit: found it. Seems to just be a battery selector switch. Not what you want. You should already have a switch in glove compartment that temporarily connects all batteries for starting. At any other time the 2 banks should be seperated, but charged, which is the function of the isolator
