I almost did it! Just could not paint the plated caliper's.
Peter made me do it

New Bendix rotors, Bendix pads, and Raybestos plated caliper's all the way around!

Hey Rob, check you master cylinder, you might be surprised what you might find in it!

Will do! Pretty sure this brake system was overhauled a few years ago, hopefully it's clean, fingers crossed. At least the lines aren't rusty. I can do new calipers and cylinder a heck of a lot faster than lines!

Also, were those bolt in replacement calipers?

That's the flash making it look more orange than it really is, I promise it's a perfectly acceptable shade of red when viewed in person. Tell ya what, you can come look for yourself, and if you're not happy I'll let you paint it whatever color you like, as long as you promise to also flush and bleed the system while you're here

Created an access hatch for the fuel tank pickup connections, and made progress on the heated floor install. Routing all those wires in a flat bundle took for freaking ever.

You guys are doing great.

I'll have to yield to Peter on the shade. I'm pretty much color blind so I can't really even guarantee that they're red, I just have to take your word for it.

The opening you cut for your tank sending unit is it located in front of or under the front framework for the bed, I noticed the two pieces of plywood in the pic. Thought about cutting one even though I have installed new flooring. Thanks for any help.

Here is a more zoomed out pic compared to the bed, it looked like there was initially a bigger hole but they put the bed over top of it, so I had to cut along the bed, then cut through the aluminum underneath.

I'm planning on leaving it accessible even after the floor is in

Hope that helps

Yes Rob, exact replacement, brand new and zinc plated with all the hardware. Front and back same caliper, 2 right, 2 left. The front hoses have been replaced recently by the PO, but have now replaced the remaining 3 hoses on the rear end.

Your looking good and the heated floor install. Are you going to try and insulate the under side of the floor? I have done that on the 310, but no heated floor.

Thanks, do you by chance still have part numbers readily available? Looks like a nice upgrade for the next brake job

Insulating the underside with aluminum backed foam is on my to-do list... I'll see after installing the heated floor of I still think it's necessary. Planning on going to Arizona this winter, so I'm a lot less concerned

Yep, pretty close. We took her to Alabama a couple of weekends ago with the grands. All worked good, but was having a brake dragging, so that is when I decided to just replace the whole lot all the way around.
