I'll be curious to see how your cerakote turns out.
Do they make a satin version? I wonder if that would look good.

How cool would this one be?!

And I love that their white is called "stormtrooper white."

New rear calipers and pads, new chunk of hardline verified leak free, I think the brakes are ready to make the trip.
Sorry... I didn't take the time to paint these ones red...

Yes, they make satin.
I think that blue cerakote would look best on the calipers....

Diff filled
Broken air suspension line fixed, now at 24 hours without sagging
Burped the coolant system, which took awhile, and noted the new thermostat keeps the system at 180.
Rear centramatics showed up, wheels all back on
Rolled it back and forth in the barn
Connected the fuel pressure sender, looks like it holds nicely at 58-59 psi
Inserted a soft aluminum shim in the weeping fuel line connection, looks like it sealed it up.
Gearing up for a test drive this evening

The kind of company that clutters up your place before ever meeting you!
Looking forward to it, and thanks again for wll the help
Up till 2am the last two nights taking care of the very long list of tiny things like reconnect turn signals and zip-tie sensor wires and reinstall trim pieces. Amazing how long it all takes when added up.
The plan is to leave and go get gas at first light in the morning. If problems are identified, return home to troubleshoot if needed. If not, just keep driving!
Really looking forward to warmer weather, we've got a cold front moving in dropping it to the teens here today (yesterday) and my hands are looking like 10 miles of bad road.

Jinxed it, throttle cable stuck wide open. Not even an issue at the engine end, bad design on the pedal end, the dust sleeve over the cable was short enough that at WOT it could catch on the end of the cable sheath.
Could have happened before, probably something everybody should check!
Anyway, stopped safely, modified so it couldn't happen again minor enough, onward!
And thanks everybody, will be as safe as possible!

Issue #2, stopped on the south side of Indy at a flying j for propane. Apparently they don't have the right nozzle to fill an rv (dubious), but more pressing, noticed a totally flat tire, drivers outside dual.
Thankfully everything seems fine, no obvious damage.
I think what happened is we drove through a patch of road debris, a bunch of drywall that must've flown out of someone's truck. A piece of it may have flown up between the duals and hit the 90* fitting I had on the outside dual and allowed it to leak out. As evidenced by impact marks on both the valve stem and centramatic right behind it.
Pressure was near zero but thankfully the bead wasn't broken and it's taking air just as fast as the onboard compressor can dole it out.
To add to tools kit - heavy duty bottle jack
