Jackleg wiring

I've been pondering how wiring repairs for a 29 yo MH can be so screwed up and blaming it on POs stupidity. While going over old maintenance bills found 2 instances of RV dealer techs guilty of these instances of malfeasance. Caveat Emptor applies at every level.
