Inside/Outside Temperature Gauge

I was able to repair the circuit board for the inside/outside temperature gauge. And now at least the inside temp is working. However, the outside just reads -1.

Does anyone know where that sensor lives?

I found the inside sensor. Its hanging just near/behind the ice maker.

thanks,
Aaron

On the zephyr, it is taped to the lower support just behind the right front turn signal. The wires for the turn signal was taped up with it.

The sensor was indeed where yall mentioned. However, the sensor checked out and I had to move back to the board for further troubleshooting. Tracked the problem down to a bad diode. Now I got back to fully operational!

thanks for the help!

Airdelroy, do you have any pics of the board repairs or more info? I'd like to get mine up and running as well.

The photos I have are not that good. The first shows the back of the board. The second is of the transistor that burned out. I replaced that transistor along with 1 or 2 of the diodes that I found were not functioning. However, I dont recall which ones were failing.

I recall going over my board with a magnifier and not seeing any burned components but I'll check my diodes. Thank you!
