Those lamp assemblies are for a 1967/68 Chevy Pick Up. Most restoration parts places have reproductions available like LMC or Classic Industries. There is a local place in my city where I picked up a pair over the counter. They came with an amber lens but I also purchased a pair of clear lenses with yellow leds embedded in the lens plastic. They have a plug that fits into the #1157 bulb socket and work just fine.

These are the 67-68 front turn signal lights that Gregg is referring to. The lights are NOS GM lights. All of the Argosy and I believe most of the Classic motorhomes used these light assemblies.
