How to locate backup light cable
I'm installing a wired camera in my 1982 Excella. I'm having trouble locating the wiring for the backup light. Is the switch in the steering column? Is there someplace particular I should look for that wire?

I did finally find the reverse light switch. It is halfway down the steering column where two switches are located. the reverse light actuator and the parking switch. What an ordeal, but I now have a working backup camera. Yahoo!
