How about a nice 1984 345 w/ a 454 for $18,000

Nive couple in their 70's have owned this the past 12 years..... bought it from a dealer and are no longer actively traveling. They stored it under cover. Its' listed in the classifieds along with pictures......

Jim, NADA only goes back to 1990 so value is subjective. Figure to spend $$ for generator and tires, plus general stuff to make you confident enough to put your family in it. Asking price is a place to start. Buying is a negotiating business. Make them an offer you can live with without insulting them and you'll find out fast if they are ready to sell.,, and what their bottom line is.
Good luck, let us know how you make out. We're all very interested to see what the market will bring.

Clear up confusion...

Dear Glen - I am selling a 1984 model 345.... the person I asked about price is selling a 1985 model 345 in California but did not list a price. I was just curious what they were asking.....
