Fuel pump gas feed line

I'm in need of this gas feed line. Can't find one anyone have a good idea on a replacement. It's 1/2''
Maybe some push lock hose -08

Fuel line is special hose material suitable for handling fuel. Fortunately, it is a standard item stocked by auto parts stores. They can cut you a piece to legnth.

1. Take that one off.
   
2. Take it to an auto parts store (NAPA, Auto Zone, O'Reilly, etc...)
   
3. Tell them it's fuel line and it needs to be replaced.
   

By taking in the old one, they will be able to make sure that they are getting you the correct diameter and length. You may also want to get new clamps. If yours are ok you can reuse them, just be sure and check.

It would be nice to find the stock molded hose that it is.
Tight bend in this spot.

While you are at it, do the small return line also.
Be prepared for some cuts, scrapes, and cuss words while getting it back together!

I started with the fuel tank and worked my way to the front and all the rubber hose was junk. Yes I will be replacing it all.

Your taking a big chance NOT doing it in this big and old of a MO.

I do not want to be on the side of the road because of a fuel line or a fire from old fuel lines.

If you do the whole system, there should be some short sections of rubber where they spliced the steel lines along the frame. My splices were just before the rear wheels, of course in a knuckle buster location!

Yes it was a pain that's all done. I had the fuel tank out more pain. You would think it should have been one steel line from front to back. I think they thought the MO would be long gone to scrap in 10 years.

Yes, its a PITA, but has to be done.
One area that most miss is the joint that is ABOVE the tag axle....
On my '84, there was one, and as I tried to remove the rubber line from the the electric pump to the rear hard line, the hard line pulled out of that joint! I could not see it nor reinstall it, so I ran a new hardline to the next joint and deleted that section....

And it goes from 3/8 to 1/2 in that spot molded line again. I made up some brass fitting to do that. 3/8 should be fine from front to back with the kicker pump pushing fuel up to the engine.

Did you ever find the correct replacement hose?
That is the hose that I need to replace. I have done
everything else, just need that one.

No I never found one. I think I used push lock hose.
