Fresh water tank and drain

Winter is coming, and Id like to make sure the fresh water is all drained out. Where do I find the tank and the drain for this? There is a large tank near the back that has a drain, but it looks more like a fuel tank to me.

It’s a small white valve between the wheels, just open it up and let it trickle.

I just realized you have a 1989. The white valve between the wheels is on newer models. I’m guessing yours is the same or very similar. Fresh tank is typically located near or over the axles. Check on either side for the valve.
