Brad, I missed that post and would be very interested pending visual and ownership of my new toy. I will post on that thread as well.

I'm still pondering that leak around the gray tank. Does anyone know where the influent fitting is on that tank, top or side?
Did it stop or is it still leaking? Does it leak regardless of the fluid level in the tank? You can open the doors on your sink base and get a peak at the floor at the rear of the furnace for any signs of water, same thing on the base cabinet under the oven next to the bathroom wall. Just seems like an odd thing for the tank to leak up high unless it's at the fitting. But still, I wouldn't think it would leak there unless you had an awfully full tank. Do you notice it more when the shower is running or when you dump a sink full of water? Thinking out loud here.

“I'm still pondering that leak around the gray tank.

A: I couldn’t see anything from below.
Did it stop or is it still leaking?
A: I drained the tanks before departing Thibodaux, LA...no leak since Sunday (gray tank is approx 1/4 per original tank monitor)
Does it leak regardless of the fluid level in the tank?
A: Not leaking currently. When I noticed the leak Saturday night, the gray tank monitor read 3/4...who knows how full it really was...

A: at the time I noticed the leak, opened the cabinet under the sink and using wife’s big makeup mirror lit up the whole area and did not see any signs of moisture. Checked under the stove as well, no signs of moisture.
Do you notice it more when the shower is running or when you dump a sink full of water?
A: we use a small plastic basin (about a gallon) for soap water when doing dishes...dumped several basins down the sink...no leaks. Inspected water lines and drain pipes under sink as well, no signs of leaking. Will check when shower is running today.
Thinking out loud here.”

That’s a really smart idea, never seen that done with the household/120v fridge dedication.

running directly to the batteries, I assume. Depending on the size of your fridge, it could use 400-600 watts continously, with short peaks of triple that. Will your alternator and the wiring from the alt to the batteries be able to keep up? Just curious, I am sure you ran your numbers?

I’m an Idiot?
We’re home from our trip to Louisiana...added quite a few small “to do” items to the list and started working on some of them...
Good news: what I thought was a leak from the top of the gray tank turned out to be the disconnected P Trap under the bathroom sink...over time it unscrewed itself and was leaking.
Bad news: where the gray tank connects to the Thetford Sewer Valve is cracked.. Am thinking of using Keyair’s MEK & ABS slurry to effect a repair.
Okay, back to the “I’m an Idiot” story...went out to the coach to run the generator, work the AC units and test the carb and timing adjustments I made yesterday...opened up the exterior door, primed the generator and hit the start switch. The generator ran as long as I held down the start switch, once I released the switch the generator shut off. Started troubleshooting...
Oil level good
Grounded oil pressure switch, started generator, no joy
Checked relays, resistor, No joy
Had to go for a long walk with DW and the pooches and had a sudden thought, no it couldn’t be, could it?
Came back to the coach and sure enough the inside Generator Start Switch was stuck in the Stop position! Moved the switch to the center position, went outside and pressed the Start Switch...the generator started and ran perfectly.
Oh my!

Sounds like it might be time to replace a switch!
It's always nice when it turns out to be something simple

Would be great if a new switch fixes the symptom. I believe I have an extra gen switch, PM me if interested.

Crawled under the coach to measure the gray tank.....labeling indicates 22 gallons. 22 gal, What were they thinking!
Hmmm have to think on this for a while...have an opportunity to replace with a much bigger gray tank
Tank dimensions:
W24” x L46” x H9”.
To make room for the dump valves and shared connections with the black tank, AS sourced a tank with a section moulded to accommodate the plumbing.
Mounded area dimensions:
W13” x L16” x H6”
a
Additional research needed...

By my calculations, your grey tank is about 6 cubic feet or a little over 40 gal. I looked into a single larger grey tank as well, but opted to install a 3rd dump valve to essentially combine the black/grey to increase capacity

Did you install the 3rd dump valve near the combined outlet?
