MAN! You’re kicking butt you are. Interested in how you like the tankless WH. I’ve thought about it but never pulled the trigger. We don’t leave our water heater on all the time while camping. Some do I guess. But we will turn it on about 15 mins before a shower or doing dishes etc. Unless you have full hookups, showers are pretty darn quick to save on gray tank capacity. I assume your heater will run on propane or electricity? Is that the norm?

Girard Tankless Water Heater, propane only.

Have read good and bad reviews from users.
Appears most issues due to not understanding the system.

If water pressure is regulated, sufficient propane regulated 11” WC and temp set to 104-105 (shower mixing valve set to hot only), unit should perform admirably.

Fingers definitely crossed that I performed due diligence in my research.

If you keep up this blistering pace this could be a record time for a rebuild

Which would obviously put the rest of us to shame......

Secured the propane lines with insulated clamps and sealed the holes in the floor with Sikaflex.

Picked up a lot of the needed parts at the local Big Box Store. Will procure the remaining pieces at the local electrical supply store in the morning.

Walls are looking good. You are a man of many talents! I trust you wear good protection when using those nasty chemicals!?
For some reason, putting stuff back always takes so much longer than tearing it apart.

Tested New 50 Amp Shore Power...Success!

Incorporated Mayco’s idea to use the city water connection to fill the fresh water tank and an overflow feature:

Now that the fresh water fill door is not being used...turned it into the new shore power inlet...

Repurposed some more aluminum from the pantry removal to cover the original Airstream jagged hole for the fresh water fill.

The test of all the outlets and running both air conditioners at the same time was successful.

Note: starting to run out of old aluminum from the pantry.

Still have to build a box above the Inverter and converter for the refrigerator to rest on...thankfully still have one large piece of aluminum from the pantry.
