Very close, that's Joni, no worries, it's not a common name

Didn't Richard just post as rw1895? I'm confused

What a great weekend Thanks to Bob for putting it together. We got home Mon afternoon put another 800 miles on the old girl.

Thanks Lance and Rita for the great cheese cake.

Hope to see everybody again soon at the next one

Richard and Nancy hope we can hook up in Arizona this winter

On another note. Tony had his operation today and it turned out to be bigger than expected. But went well and he is now in recovery we should know more in a few days.

As far as the next get together, I propose that we go north if the border and leave it up to Tony and John to put this one together......maybe a nice national (provincial) park ???

On hot days in Boulder, I’d toss Ann a winter jacket. When she asked what it was for, I’d tell her we were heading north until she put it on.

I’ve got 70 acres out here on the river with a great place to circle ten or twelve around the fire. 1 50 amp that could that be shared via 110 extension cords, waste dump station, water and a full shop with machine and welding capability. Dog friendly, shooting range, 3 miles from the beach.

Not this spring but perhaps a future gathering. Just food for thought.

Hi all..
And you are all welcome to the next international

From 30 May to 2 June 2019.
The place will be announced later.
I hope next year we can beat the number of participants again.

Anybody considering a spring get together? Some places start taking reservations after the first. Seems to be getting harder to get prime sites especially for groups if not made early.

I think the arctic circle should be a goal.

My mom passed away a few weeks ago. We have a bit more freedom to travel now. Looking forward to some adventures.

Our sincerest condolences for you and Ann from the both of us. The DW lost her Mom last year and it was hard. Be at peace with the knowledge your Mom is in a better place......at least until DT arrives.

As for having a meet up in Canada.....it's impossible to do in a Provincial park as you can't reserve a number of spots at the same time. There is a fairly nice KOA in the Thousand Islands Kingston area that I will inquire as to space available.

As for Artic circle/ Dempster highway.......I have no furnace but some sweet thermal blankets; and if I park really close to Magnet18's rig I figure the thermal transfer from his fireplace will do me just fine, so I'm good to go.

Cheers
Sidekick Tony
